Sunrise Lakes is a new estate, with many houses set around small lakes or green areas, giving it a natural, open feel. However, ours is one of the few homes that overlook a lake that has a forest view, not other homes. It is wonderful to sit and gaze across, knowing that no one else is gazing across to you! We have neighbours either side, but you are not aware of them, due to the open feel that the view of the lake gives.

We have permanent neighbours close by, as Sunrise Lakes is a mixture of residential and vacation homes. At weekends and evenings, you will see the school bus collecting and dropping off schoolchildren, people walking their dogs, children playing. It is a genuine community, where people look after homes and are proud to live there.
