A beautiful 2 storey, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom BlueLakeView is fully equipped to the highest standard. The sparkling private pool and spa area overlooks a quiet conservation area, where you can watch the Floridian wildlife.
Situated just off Highway 192 we are only 10 minutes drive from Disneyworld, a 30 minute drive from SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and only a hour away from Florida's spectacular beaches!
BlueLakeView is surrounded by many lakes and canals, and in reach of public parks, golf courses, restaurants and great shopping! We are only a short drive away from the Newly Built 24 hour WalMart Super Store and Starbucks.
Our Strictly Non-Smoking villa has a modern design, which can truly be classed as luxury. So why not take a tour of the villa and see for yourself!

Beautiful villa, not overlooked, gorgeous views - Reviewed October 2023

The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. The views are amazing, looking out onto a lake with a forest behind, lots of nature all around (cranes, ducks, birds, squirrels) you're not overlooked by anybody. Was lovely to come back to after a hectic day in the parks and relax in the hot tub. Owners communication is excellent and gave us everything we needed before we went with a super informative info pack (there is also handy notes dotted around for using various things in the villa) they also answered any queries we had leading up to our holiday promptly. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, and not too far from most things. We would definitely stay here again, it's highly recommended.

We have just returned after an amazing stay in this villa. We had high expectations and those were easily surpassed as soon as we walked in. The rooms are absolutely huge, clean and functional. The villa is stocked full of useful items, which meant we did not want for anything. The pool area was stunning and well maintained, even during our stay. The outside areas are well looked after and all the amenities were to hand. Waking up in the morning, there was lots of wildlife passing by the lake and the views were stunning. The inside space was even better. The bedrooms and living space are huge, the pictures do not do it justice and you can easily fit two families in our opinion. There are several areas to lounge around and all of furnishings are well thought out and so comfortable. Location wise this was perfect for us. You felt outside of the really heavy tourist bubble, but still very close to all of those areas you would visit. Shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. We will definitely return here and would highly recommend a stay at Blue Lake View. Truly a 5 star experience.

The house was in a great location for Disney and Orlando, it was much bigger than expected, with the master bedroom nearly like apartment size. The pool was a great size and the area was very private looking out over the lake, not over looked by anyone, and it was spotless. I would consider myself very fussy when booking houses, and rarely bother to do a review, but this house exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely first class, 10 out of 10, and had everything a family, of all ages, or just couples would need. I spend a lot of time every year picking a house, and I knew it would be good based on reviews, but it was honestly the best property we have ever stayed it both in the States and Europe. We didn’t have any issues so had no reason to contact mgt, but Sukhy was excellent to deal with for any queries we had, it was also a seemless arrival, check in and check out process. Save yourself a lot of time if you are going to Orlando, about 40 minutes to SeaWorld, 30 to Disney, max, probably a little less, around 40/45 minutes to airport.

“Just back from a three week stay in this lovely villa. Very spacious with loads of living space - ideal for two families or plenty of rooms for children to chill out and adults to have some quiet time too. Close to lots of supermarkets and restaurants and 25-35 minute drive to Disney often avoiding busy interstate and driving on quieter, smaller roads for those not used to driving in USA. Peaceful and quiet setting for the pool with no villas onlooking for complete privacy”

“We had a fantastic stay at the villa which is extremely spacious and has beautiful views overlooking a lake. We never tired of watching sunrise over the lake in the morning. It was a fantastic way to start the day! We walked to two local restaurants on a few occasions and got an Uber back which was great. The location is fantastic - a Walmart 5 mins away, a selection of restaurants and around 20-30 mins to the Disney parks. The villa was large and the beds so very comfortable! The master bedroom is very large and light and the large dressing room and en suite is wonderful. There is plenty of storage in the other bedrooms also and so much room. We were so sad to leave! If we come back to Florida, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Villa again! Finally, Sukhy and Boopy were so quick to reply to emails and very helpful throughout the booking process. The welcome information pack contained all the information we could possibly have needed. We’ve made so many wonderful memories!!!”

“This was the perfect base, the spa and pool were used a lot before and after our days out, if staying here dont forget to to top up the pool first thing for about 45 minutes every day on the timer. We got used to the local wildlife quickly and you can set your clock by the appearance of the 2 red crested 'herons'? and squirrel that came to vist every morning. The 2 main bedrooms we used were luxurious, better than any hotel I've ever stayed in, Anybody staying here will be impressed. The neigbours are chatty and friendly and no bother and good for advice. As Sunrise lakes is near to the junction of the Hwy 27/192, we could choose the place to eat on the way into the parks, (We suggest having breakfast/Brunch/ Lunch at the Golden Corral or Ponderosa steakhouse for an all you can eat buffet for just several dollars each, which sets you up for the day, and the Burger King for when your home late from the parks. For everthing else and your snack , use the Dollar tree at entrance to the Sunrise Lakes community. We would like to express out thanks to the owners for the quick responses to our booking requests and payments, and information about the villa, and of course we would come back again and again if the opportunity arises. For the techies, the Wifi is excellent and has dual 2.4/5Ghz, the only criticism is that the house PC uses Windows XP & is no longer supported by microsoft and there have been no security/ windows updates since March 2017 when XP was pulled, so suggest you use your own tablets / phones rather thean the PC which needs to be upgraded to Windows 10 soonest. Our vacation stay here has given us a lifetime of memories, it couldnt have been better.”

“Yet again a wonderful week here. It's like a home from home except this is bigger and has better weather than the UK! Our fifth visit and it won't be the last. We couldn't think of staying anywhere else when coming to Orlando. Great fishing in the lake, very comfortable furniture and very clean. Also such a great location. We go to Clermont for restaurants, cinema ect as the queues are much shorter than in Kissimmee. Looking forward to next time.”

“First time renting a Villa in Florida as always usually stay in hotels. What a lovely change and doubt we will be going back to hotels anytime soon. Had everything we needed and after a visit to Publix and Walmart we were well stocked up for the week. Lovely pool area and good sized house. I also loved the fact that the cable tv showed premier league football! A big plus when going to the states! All emails responded to very quickly. Thank you.”

“What can I say??? We loved this place, just returned from 2 weeks staying in this beautiful villa and we miss it already. The spa is amazing and heats up so well you feel like you're in a bath! And all those jets of water in it as well to massage aching legs after a long day at the parks! It's in such a good location and was very quiet. We truly wanted for nothing, everything was provided for us to use. The beds were so comfortable I actually complained getting back into my own bed last night!! Disney is very close (about 20-25 minutes) with universal/international drive a bit further at about 40 minutes. Loads of restaurants and a massive (and I mean massive!!) Walgreens within 5 minutes. 6 of us stayed in the house (4 adults, 2 kids) and it never felt over crowded. The owners and management company couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish! Can't recommend this place enough! We will be back one day!!”

“This was our fourth stay here and as usual did not disappoint. We love this villa. The air con works perfectly which is so important in Florida and the pool is lovely. It is very comfortable and spacious. The location is great being so close to Disney (you hear the fireworks every night) and restaurants but quiet and peaceful with great views over the lake and woods. Fishing can be great with bass and bluegills and crappies. We've been to several villas in Florida and this is the only one we've returned to. Home from home. Book it, you won't be disappointed. We're coming back for a fifth time asap. Peter & Sharon”

“Just back from a lovely 2 weeks and has been for us the best villa yet! My wife did not want to leave the poolside as it was a great place to be! It had a wondrful view over the lake and got the sun from early morning to well into the afternoon so was perfect! The vila itself is as decribed (and more) so you will not be dissapointed! We will definately be back again when next in Florida.Thank you for allowing us to use your villa”
